Expanding our horizons in Central America
In 2025, we were delighted to expand our portfolio with the addition of El Salvador, Nicaragua and Honduras, opening up new ways to explore Central America in greater depth.
These destinations allow travellers to experience a rich blend of culture, landscapes, and heritage, from volcanic highlands and colonial cities to vibrant coastal regions. Alongside these new countries, we also launched our Central America Discovery holiday, designed to connect multiple destinations into one seamless and immersive journey.

New itineraries shaped by how our travellers travel
Responding to the way our clients want to explore Latin America, we introduced a range of new family and honeymoon itineraries in 2025.
For families, this meant journeys that balance adventure, comfort, and flexibility. For honeymooncouples, we created itineraries focused on privacy, atmosphere, and unforgettable shared moments, from boutique lodges to remote coastal escapes.
Each itinerary reflects our belief that travel should feel personal, thoughtful, and expertly paced.

This year also saw the introduction of several exceptional new experiences across the region, including:
- The Ama Waterways Magdalena River cruise in Colombia, offering a fresh perspective on one of the country’s most important waterways
- The iconic Devil’s Nose train journey in Ecuador, an engineering marvel through dramatic Andean scenery
- The elegant Hermes yacht in the Galápagos, providing an intimate way to explore the islands with expert naturalist guides

Enhancing your experience with Latin Routes
This year marked the launch of our refreshed brand and new website, designed to make exploring Latin America clearer, more inspiring, and easier to navigate. The new platform reflects who we are today, while staying true to the values that have always shaped Latin Routes.
Behind the scenes, over 35 members of the Latin Routes team travelled across Latin America in 2025, strengthening relationships with local partners and gaining first hand insight into the destinations we offer. This on the ground knowledge continues to shape every itinerary we design.
We are also proud to have maintained an excellent Trustpilot score of 4.9 out of 5 throughout 2025, reflecting the care, attention, and expertise our specialists bring to every trip.
Where your travels create positive change
In 2025, we continued to build on our commitment to responsible travel through several key initiatives.
We launched the Conscious Routes Collection, bringing together a carefully selected range of hotels, lodges, boats, and excursions chosen for their positive social and environmental impact.
We also partnered with World Land Trust to carbon balance clients’ flight emissions, and continued to support Kids Saving the Rainforest with a donation made for every booking.
Our latest impact report reflects 18 months of progress in shaping our sustainability journey, as we work towards aligning with our long term sustainability vision over the next five years.
