Laura Radford

I joined Latin Routes in December 2019, just before the travel industry faced its biggest challenge with the pandemic. With previous experience working for a cruise line, I came on board as a Marketing Executive and have grown into the role ever since. It's been a journey filled with exciting campaigns, creative storytelling, and showcasing the beauty and diversity of Latin America to a wider audience.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is sharing stories from off-the-beaten-track destinations, especially those I’ve had the privilege of experiencing first-hand. Guyana stands out as one of the most unique and untouched places I’ve visited, truly a hidden gem in South America. Experiences like that, along with exploring the incredible wildlife of Costa Rica, allow me to create content that connects people to places in meaningful and authentic ways.

I’ve also travelled extensively beyond Latin America, from the Arctic to Antarctica, Vietnam and Cambodia, to Australia, the US, and across Europe. Whether I’m out walking, at the theatre, or supporting Fulham FC as a proud season ticket holder, I love discovering stories, both local and global. I’ve always believed: “The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.”
