Giuliano joined Latin Routes in July 2023, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience in the travel industry. Originally from Brazil, he moved to the UK in 2021 and quickly found a home at Latin Routes where his deep-rooted passion for Latin America thrives. Having worked as a trekking guide in South America for five years and earned a Master’s degree in IT, Giuliano combines adventure expertise with sharp problem-solving skills—making him a knowledgeable and thoughtful Travel Specialist.
He has travelled extensively across the region, with first-hand experience in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, and Peru. His favourite destination is Chile, which he describes as a land of extremes, from the surreal deserts of Atacama to the glaciers of Patagonia. With its incredible biodiversity and welcoming people, Chile holds a special place in Giuliano’s heart. Whether it’s an off-the-beaten-track hiking trip or a self-drive adventure through varied landscapes, Giuliano loves designing journeys that reflect both the diversity and the depth of Latin America.
Outside of work, Giuliano enjoys music and staying active through various physical pursuits. He’s also known for his impressive range of impersonations, mostly of famous Brazilian figures! His favourite travel quote, “Home is behind, the world ahead,” captures his adventurous outlook on life and travel.
