MV Skorpios III was built in 1995 and refurbished in 2012. This A1 ice class vessel accommodates up to 90 guests in 45 comfortable double cabins arranged across five decks. Cabins are available with twin, queen or king sized beds and include private bathroom facilities, a plasma television and a safe, offering a relaxed and well equipped base for exploring Patagonia’s waterways.

On board, guests can unwind in two welcoming lounge areas or gather in the spacious panoramic dining room, where regional cuisine is served against a backdrop of ever changing scenery. The atmosphere is informal and sociable, reflecting the spirit of expedition cruising while maintaining a high standard of comfort.

With a range of itineraries available, MV Skorpios III provides an intimate way to navigate Patagonia’s fjords and channels. The ship’s design allows for close access to glaciers and remote landscapes, creating an immersive experience in one of Latin America’s most compelling regions.
