Paul Nolan

Paul Nolan joined Latin Routes in 2022 as Senior Client Care Manager and quickly progressed to Senior Sales Manager. He’s proud to lead a passionate sales team whose knowledge and enthusiasm for Latin America are second to none.

With a real love of wildlife, Paul’s heart will always belong to Costa Rica. He brings extensive experience in customer service and sales leadership, combining strategic insight with a personal touch to ensure every client journey is truly bespoke.

Paul’s favourite destinations include Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Galapagos Islands, Panama, and Peru. His personal motto is: “Take only memories, leave only footprints. Always eat like a local!”
Outside of work, Paul enjoys playing chess, quizzes, and is on a mission to grow a fringe. Fun fact – he has appeared on both The Chase and The Weakest Link!
