Employees' health and wellbeing is a company's greatest responsibility, and we're committed to ensuring wellbeing in our workplace.

From making changes to our physical working environment and working practices to introducing wellness-focused company activities, raising and maintaining awareness around mental health, and providing out-of-office support systems, we're consistently implementing new ways of supporting the health and wellbeing of our staff.

Our Health & Wellbeing team maintain regular contact with employees across the company so as to monitor the effectiveness of our existing practices and ensure changes are made whenever necessary. Also working with external resources and keeping abreast of new wellness practices, advice and initiatives, the team play a vital role in keeping our workforce both happy and healthy.
