Begin your holiday in the vibrant capital of Argentina where you can spend your time discovering the fantastic culture and history that make the city so unique in Latin America. Next head off to the almighty Iguazu Falls for one of South America’s most impressive highlights before crossing the border into Brazil and flying onto the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro. To finish the trip, enjoy three nights of relaxing on one of the 28 beaches on the Buzios Peninsula.

Day 1 - Depart the UK

Today you will depart the UK on your international flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Days 2 - 4 - Buenos Aires

Arrive in Buenos Aires where you will spend three nights in the home of the tango, at a centrally located hotel.

On your second day, enjoy a fascinating half-day city tour and learn about the fascinating history of Argentina which has shaped what the country has become today, followed by an evening of entertainment with a Tango show and dinner.

On your last day in Buenos Aires, you will head out to the countryside to discover the food and culture of the gauchos’. Spend the day on an estancia, learning about how they work with their animals and land, and enjoy a typical asado (barbeque) followed by live music and folk dance as well as equestrian demonstrations.

Days 5 & 6 - Iguazu Falls

Fly from Buenos Aires to Puerto Iguazu where you will spend two nights discovering the almighty Iguazu Falls.

Enjoy a Full Day Tour of the Argentinian and Brazilian sides and discover one of the world’s most beautiful waterfalls from its many different angles.

Days 7 - 9 - Rio de Janeiro

In the morning you will fly to Rio de Janeiro for three nights in the “Marvellous City”. You will stay in a centrally located hotel in Copacabana.

On your second day, enjoy an exciting jeep tour to Corcovado (Statue of Christ) and Sugar Loaf Mountain where you will have some fantastic views over the city.

With the rest of your time, you could visit the historic downtown area or the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Alternatively, you would be forgiven for spending your time sipping caipirinhas on the beautiful sands of Copacabana Beach!

Days 10 - 12 - Buzios

You will be taken to Buzios for a three-night stay. Buzios is a small town on a peninsula which is home to over 20 stunning beaches. You can spend your time relaxing in the famous Brazilian sunshine or perhaps take a schooner trip for some world-class snorkelling.

Day 13 - Depart Rio

You will head back to Rio de Janeiro and on to the airport for your onward flight

Day 14 - Arrive back in the UK

Today you will land back in the UK from Brazil
