Martin is our Director and Co-Founder. He is an expert on Latin America and expedition cruises and speaks regularly at industry events and consumer shows.
Jess is our Director and Co-Founder. She lived in Argentina for many years before following her passion and founding Latin Routes with Martin in 2012.
Head of Marketing. Originally from Brazil, Felipe has lived in the UK for 20+ years and travelled to over 80 countries worldwide.
Head of Trade Relations. With 35+ years in travel, Gaynor has explored much of Latin America, from Antarctica to the Galapagos. Her passion is second to none.
Senior Product Manager. Cat spent a year travelling solo around the world, developing a soft spot for Latin America as there is "always something new to see".
Trade Sales Manager. With 6 years in travel, Rob’s explored the world, but Latin America is his favourite. He returns to the continent whenever he can.
