Pleasant refurbished hotel in a good location offers excellent value for Puerto Natales

Well-located in the town of Puerto Natales, the main entry point for the Torres Del Paine and Bernardo O’Higgins National Park, the three star Martin Gusinde hotel, which is part of Chile's AustroHotels chain, offers 28 newly renovated rooms that offer guests a pleasant hotel experience.

The Hotel is a short walk away from the town's Main Square, restaurants, stores and the principal attractions of this picturesque Patagonian town, making it the ideal base for exploring the town.

Although rather standard looking from the outside, with the refurbishment inside, this intimate hotel has an aura of sophistication and style. Named after the Austrian ethnologist who studied the native inhabitants of Tierra del Fuego, this hotel is one of the best value properties in our portfolio for this area.

There are 20 rooms in total, decorated with wooden furniture, colorful patterned wallpaper, and thick, dark green curtains. New rooms have space-age massage shower cubicles, but no bathtub. One of the nicest features is the exposed wooden beams throughout the hotel, giving it a more traditional and local feel to the hotel and matching the subtle and understated tone that runs through the hotel.
