Bahia Bustamante is a seaside lodge surrounded by 360 degrees of wild nature, located in Patagonia, in an area characterized by its relevant biological biodiversity. Only a few places in the world house such an amount and diversity of seabirds and marine mammals, which is why it has been included in the National Park “Patagonia Austral.”
This is a tranquil spot and the quiet is only interrupted by gusts of wind, the singing of hundreds of species of birds and the breaking of the waves on the shore. The village has the ocean on one side and the never- ending steppe on the other.
There is no mobile signal but there is a Wi-Fi connection and a public telephone. Electric light is produced by a generator from dusk until 11 p.m. Bahía Bustamante is the ideal place to use as a base to explore the Atlantic Patagonian surroundings.
Exploration activities include bird and sea lion watching, sailing the Malaspina, a visit to the Petrified Forest and a typical Argentine ranch. It is also possible to do scenic trekking, horseback riding, kayaking and mountain biking. Alternatively you can choose to relax and enjoy the most exclusive sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, though do bear in mind it is the Atlantic Ocean!
In total there are 6 seafront houses. The seafront houses are comfortable and each one has 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom, a living room and outside terrace overlooking the beach and the bay. Each house is equipped with an emergency battery powered light. Staying at the Sea Front Houses includes full board and all the activities.
Ideal for nature lovers
Stays include full board and activities inside the property.
“A unique experience in a very special place on Argentina’s rugged coastline!”
