When Do You Want To Go?
Cruise the Galápagos in style on the Millennium - a first-class catamaran built in 2001. Hosting 16-passengers, this impressive cruise ship offers itineraries which allow you to get close to flora and fauna of these magnificent islands. Whether you opt for a 5, 6 or 8-day itinerary, the Millennium has one to suit your requirements. Depending on which cruise you choose, you could be sailing to the central, western and south-eastern isles of Galápagos, hiking through lush vegetation of Santa Cruz, snorkelling with sea lions at Pitt Point or discovering giant tortoises at the Arnaldo Tupiza Breeding Centre on Isla Isabela. Millennium itineraries don’t just give you the opportunity to discover rare wildlife, birds and marine life of Galápagos either, they also allow you to delve into the history and terrain of this fascinating archipelago. You can discover the islands’ swashbuckling and whaling heritage or even venture to the Wall of Tears which prisoners built to stop themselves from going mad! On-board the ship, an expert bilingual naturalist guide can advise you on the best places to go to get the most from your Galápagos experience, meaning you don’t have to miss a single thing.
Dining on board the Millennium is a treat. Accomplished chefs prepare fresh cuisine created from local produce which is served in the intimate indoor dining room or alfresco. After lunch or dinner, relax on the sun deck with a drink from the well-stocked bar, getting to know like-minded travellers, or try to spot rare birds and dolphins as you sail to your next destination. If you simply wish to relax, there is a library where you can borrow books, or settle down with family and friends to watch a movie in the lounge before retiring for the evening.
