When Do You Want To Go?
There’s no better way to explore the enchanting Galápagos islands filled with our planet’s rarest wildlife than on the Fragata. This first-class, 16 passenger motor yacht boasts an abundance of on-board activities and several exciting island itineraries to choose from. All meals and excursions are included in your cruise price, as is the use of an expert bilingual naturalist guide who is available to answer any questions about the archipelago’s history, terrain and wildlife. The Fragata boasts a range of short and mid-term cruises including 4, 5 and 8-day trips. Most Galápagos itineraries depart from Baltra, taking in the beautiful western islands of Isabela and Fernandina, or the north, south and central islands of Santa Cruz, Bartolomé, Genovesa, South Plaza, Santa Fe and Española. Whether you wish to snorkel with sea lions and sharks, delve deep into the swashbuckling history of the outer islands or discover more about evolutionary theory at Charles Darwin Research Station, you can do it all on the Fragata.
Dining on board is a treat. Meals are freshly prepared by an accomplished chef using the best local and regional produce to create mouth-watering buffet-style dishes which can be enjoyed in an intimate dining room with ocean views. There’s a well-stocked bar on the ship, where you can chat with the naturalist guide to plan your next day’s activities or enjoy a glass of wine with new-found friends. Alternatively, relax with a good book outside on deck, enjoy a spot of star-gazing or watch a movie with family in the lounge area.
Accommodation on the Fragata consists of 8 cabins, with double beds and single beds available. All rooms are carpeted for your comfort and include private bathrooms with hot showers and air conditioning.
