Small Ship Intimate Cruising for Just 136 Passengers

With a maximum of 136 passengers, the MS Expedition provides an intimate, small ship cruising experience for your Polar Cruise. Completely refurbished in 2009, she boasts large common areas, smart décor, spacious cabins and a nice range of facilities on-board. The hub of the ship is the expedition lounge which has panoramic windows, comfortable seating and is where the team conduct their briefings each day. There is a 24-hour coffee and tea station here and an early evening bar which has a daily happy hour. The restaurant serves a daily changing menu buffet style for breakfast and lunch with dinner served course by course at your table. You will also find a small library which offers a quiet space ideal for catching up on photos as well as a gift shop for purchasing souvenirs and any essentials you may have forgotten. On the top deck you will find the Polar Bear Pub which is a bar open each evening for drinks and the occasional spot of live music. It opens up onto a large BBQ deck area at the back of the ship - weather permitting!

The ship has 5 types categories of cabins including quad, triple and twin categories. All cabins offer ocean views through portholes or picture windows and each cabin has a private bathroom, desk, chair and storage. If you are prepared to share your cabin, then there is the benefit of no single supplement. There are also 4 suites which offer a double bed, full length windows and separate lounge area. The MS Expedition is fully equipped for expeditions including a fleet of modern zodiacs, large mud room, kayaks (additional charge) and a very experienced team of expedition staff, that will ensure you get the most out of your polar cruise experience.
